You probably already know this, but yoga works its magic in mysterious ways.
For example, two weeks ago I shared this Arm & Strength Drills video with my email list, so excited… only to learn later that the link I sent you didn’t work. 🤦🏻♀️
Are you on my email list? If yes, yay! If not, get yourself signed up here for bi-monthly emails and a free yoga class!
It was a tiny, but impactful chance to practice kindness towards self. Every time I get to practice yoga, on or off the mat, I honor my intention for practice: to be more peaceful.
What’s your motivation to practice? Mobility? Strength? Kindness? Flexibility? Calm? How about just a moment to yourself to breathe better?
Yoga ticks all those boxes for me. But I’d love to know: what motivates you to practice yoga or other mindfulness techniques?
Speaking of practice, did you know that my online yoga members have two ways to practice yoga? They get:
- Live class on Zoom every Thursday from 9-10:15 PM Pacific
- Access to a library of recorded yoga classes on Vimeo (ranging from 15-75 minutes)
If you don’t know your intention for practicing, I have good news: the best way to learn is… practicing. 😊
Speaking of practicing, need some quick core strength? Here’s a new video to help you build arm and core strength! If you’re working on jumping back and through with vinyasas or want to work up to things slowly, this 13-minute video will help you get stronger and help smooth out your practice!

Hope to see you soon and let me know how I can support your practice.
