Find Strength & Calm with Ashtanga Yoga
Traditional Yoga for Modern Times
Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional system of yoga that links breath and movement and is the foundation of vinyasa-style classes. With the blessings of my beloved teachers trained by the Jois family, including Richard Freeman & Mary Taylor, I humbly and joyfully teach Ashtanga yoga.
