- Seeing myself and all beings through a lens of loving-kindness.
I won’t say these lessons are always easy, but they feel like an honest way to live and learn. From a place of deep gratitude and celebration, I do my best to share the lessons my teachers have shared with me with my students and clients.
Traditional Teachings for Modern Times

With the blessings of my teachers trained by the Jois family, I humbly and joyfully teach Ashtanga yoga.
