Even in a year when a pandemic isn’t wreaking havoc in the world, developing healthy coping habits that bring us back to ourselves is something everyone can use, right? To help, I’m offering a Deep Gratitude Yoga class on Thanksgiving to help cure our burnout, connect with each other and our breath and movement.
It hasn’t always been easy, but practicing yoga lets me live in a body that feels strong, kind, and calm. Training my mind to think more compassionately and less aggressively towards myself and others is what brings me back to my mat many days a week.
