Embody Strength and Flexibility One Breath at a Time
- Staying in the mental and physical space between effort and surrender.
- Seeing myself and all beings through a lens of loving-kindness.
I won’t say these lessons are always easy, but they feel like an honest way to live and learn. From a place of deep gratitude and celebration, I do my best to share the lessons my teachers have shared with me with my students and clients.
Traditional Teachings for Modern Times
Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional system of yoga and the foundation of vinyasa-style classes. It was passed down from Krishnamacharya to his students and made famous by the Jois family, who have taught this system in Mysore, India and around the world for over 70 years. With the blessings of my teachers trained by the Jois family, I humbly and joyfully teach Ashtanga yoga.
